Gavimar Cala Gran Hotel And Apartments, Cala d'Or (Mallorca)

The hotel had a charming old-fashioned Spanish style, and my room was at the very back of the complex next to a residential block. The room was lovely and big, right in front of one of the pools, and split into 2 extremely spacious rooms with a decent-sized bathroom and a door to divide the room into 2. The service was exceptional, from the management to the friendly cleaners, and they were always on hand to quickly assist. The location was brilliant, quick and easy access to amenities, and the beach was just 50 meters away. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices, although some dishes were mediocre.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, even on an all-inclusive basis, though they appeared a bit tired. The service was great, especially from the Housekeeping and Restaurant staff, although a smile from one staff member wouldn't hurt. The location is amazing, just a stone's throw away from Cala Gran beach and close to the city center. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety of options. Overall, a good value for the money spent.

The hotel offers a basic but clean stay, although it could use some refreshing. The service is accommodating, with particularly friendly staff like Manuel and Suni going above and beyond. The location is fantastic, especially if you don't mind steep roads, being close to the beach and town center. The dining caters mainly to meat eaters and might not suit everyone's tastes.
